The wallet top-up status has been pending for 11 days despite the amount being debited from my account. The bank confirms the transaction's success and has provided IDs and references, but Hubpay hasn't processed the top-up or verified the transaction with the provided references.

Hello Yasir! Our wallet top ups are automated and funds will be credited once settled by your local bank. We recommend that you always get in touch with the bank to further confirm that the transaction was successfully processed from their end.

New App: The old app design is much better. Also takes longer for the money to reach your recipient when sending abroad. The transaction history also does not show the complete details, unlike the previous version where you can see all the recipient details like which bank, etc. The new app only shows the bank account number. What if you have selected the wrong bank? Old App: Easy, reliable, fast money transfer to home country. Love that transfers are free! Competitive exchange rates as well.
